My spiritual journey began at the age of 16. Guided by a deep curiosity and a calling to explore the mysteries of the soul, I embarked on a transformative quest that led me to India at 20.
Over the years, my journey has been one of continuous learning and evolving. I've dedicated myself to mastering various healing modalities, including Chi Nei Tsang, therapeutic massage, and craniosacral therapy, along with an array of energy healing techniques. My passion for healing has deepened, leading me to focus on healing ancestral trauma and guiding others through coaching, tarot, and oracle card readings.
In recent years, my energy work has expanded into teaching, and I am honored to now share the gift of Reiki with others as a teacher. Alongside my spiritual and healing practice, for the past seven years, I have also been working to support spiritual and conscious businesses—such as retreat centers, yoga schools, and coaches—in growing their presence and impact. Through my expertise in business growth and social media strategy, I help these businesses thrive, aligning their outer success with their inner purpose.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
